Well Tubular Running Tool – (Patent No. 7,806,176) The TRT is designed to allow rig operators to quickly and efficiently run casing in a safe manner, which is accomplished by combining the features of several tools and removing operators from hazardous areas. The TRT can elevate, make-up and break-out joints of pipe via remote operation. The tool can also fill-up, circulate, cement and receive flow-back from the well while the tubulars are being run.
One-Trip Setting Tool – Hydraulically activated Fill-up and Setting Tool reduces the number of trips required to set and actuate valve in Cement Retainer. Compatible with popular sizes of Bridge Plugs and Cement Retainers, ranging from 4-1/2” – 20”, operates via rig pump, and leaves a full open ID after setting sequence is completed.
eValve Frac Sleeve – Electronically actuated Frac Sleeve with manual override. The eValve greatly reduces the amount of time required to open and close Frac Sleeves in a well.
7x5x5 FORM 5 – World’s first Reformable CRA Junction – The FORM 5™ provides a large liner size in the lateral coupled with a Level 5 Hydraulic Isolation completion. Used in conjunction with the Window-Master® Casing Exit System, these features along with gravel packing capabilities make this an ideal system for completion applications. The FORM 5 system is a manufactured, multilateral casing junction consisting of a main bore and two cased legs. Diverters are deployed and retrieved with drill-pipe for access to the required lateral for swaging and completion operations. Positive orientation of the diverters is achieved by an orientation lug in the FORM 5 and a collet system latches the diverters in place. Flexible completion options allow the FORM 5 to be completed as a dual or commingled completion with selective access for production or injection wells.
7×9-5/8” B-1 Hook Hanger & Lateral Entry Module – The B™ HOOK Hanger™ is a versatile multilateral system offering full mechanical support of the junction area with re-entry capabilities into the lateral. The HOOK Hanger can be installed in wells requiring Level 3 or 4 (TAML) Junctions.
Multilateral Production Apparatus and Method – (Patent No. 7,497,264) Self-orienting multilateral production tool, which automatically selects predetermined well bore. The tool renders the previously required seal bore diverter obsolete. The previous system requires multiple trips to run tools into location, while this system requires one.
Non-Rotation Device – (Patent held by Franks International) Termed, “SharkBiteä” and is used to prohibit rotation of cementing plugs during drill out process. This device has a higher success rate and cuts the cost of traditional means by 1/3, saving the customer $5,000.00 per drill out.
Flow Control Apparatus and Method (Patent No. 6,508,312) – Termed, “C.A.T. SUB” and allows $1000.00/hr. rigs to run drill pipe at over twice the conventional rate, providing a cleaner, safer environment and saving the customer approximately $7,000.00 per job.
Fill-Up Tool Valve – Allows fill-up, circulation and pressure equalization, which was previously unavailable in the market. The combined features of the Fill-Up Tool provide a safer rig environment, saving approximately $10,000 per job.
Mux Cable Clamp – (Patent held by All Points Equipment) Its rigid design, along with zero lose parts, allows riser cables to be run to the ocean floor with greater reliability.
Single Direction Plug – Combines functions of a standard, easy-drill cementing plug and a conventional check valve to ensure single direction motion, which aids in well blowout prevention, thus eliminating such catastrophic situations.
Self-Latching Stop Collar – (Patent No. 7,357,434) Simple design shortens costly time via quick installation of traditional stop collar and is four times stronger than previous designs.
TIP-PT Packer – Highly versatile, hydraulically set, retrievable packer with dual high pressure sealing elements. The packer mandrel design accommodates multiple pass-through (PT) lines for the installation and operation of intelligent and/or remotely operated down-hole devices.
Industrial Bar-B-Que Grill – Electro-Mechanical design that holds constant heat flux throughout any desired amount of time using flavourful real-wood charcoal, allowing moderately trained individuals to produce consistently cooked food in industrial environment.
Rita’s Tequila House – The Rita’s concept is firmly based on coupling the finest Tequila experience with a Fresh Louisiana-Mexican menu that boasts only fresh ingredients, which are then uniquely prepared and beautifully presented. Louisiana’s only accredited Tequila House is located in the heart of New Orleans’ French Quarter and is consistently named in the Top 25 Tequila Bars in America.
Robotics & Automation – Technological solutions and algorithms for the U.S. Department of Defence.
NASA Satellite Deployment System – Runner-up design selected in aerospace contest facilitated by Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
